Store Offers
1st All prices are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT, are gross prices.
2nd Prices for each commodity included do not include shipping costs.
3rd Current price list items is in the Department Shipping & Returns
4th All products in our offer are brand new.
5th Shipments are delivered on Polish territory and to other European Union countries.
Orders
1st Orders can be placed through the website Fornari.pl
2nd To place an order is not necessary to complete registration in the system store.
3rd Orders without full registration. Placing an order without a full registration is via the navigation system store. 9th Orders are executed immediately, in working days - generally within 1-5 days from date of order or receipt of payment by the shop.
10th Delivery time does not include delivery time.
11th Each order is issued a VAT invoice. The invoice is issued at the time of completion of the contract and make delivery of goods.
12th The price of each product is binding at the time of the contract by the Employer.
Payment Methods
1st Customer can choose the following forms of payment for goods ordered:

Complaints
1st Support the shop to make their best efforts to reach the Buyer a full-fledged product free from defects and damage.
2nd All products sent through our shop, in preparation for shipment are checked by a shop service for compliance with the order and the state of the product (whether it is complete, there are no defects, etc.).
3rd If, after receiving the goods, the Buyer will detect the faults in the technical or mechanical damage (exterior) caused during delivery, has the right to return the shipment. For this purpose, Purchaser shall immediately contact the store and talk to the breakdown thereof to agree how to settle the complaint.

8th Shop does not accept any packages returned by the customer for downloading.
Returns
1st According to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products, within ten days of receipt of goods ordered, the customer is entitled to its return without giving reasons for the withdrawal, according to principles deriving from the provisions on the conclusion from a distance.
2nd To withdraw from a distance contract Client shall submit a written statement.
3rd In our shop we extended the deadline to 30 days.
4th Returned merchandise (not bearing any trace of use, complete and undamaged) should be returned together with the invoice and return the statement to: FHU MARTI Łaczkowski Rafał, Sienkiewicza 1/8, 62-200 Gniezno
5th If these conditions are satisfied buyer within 7 days of receipt of goods by the shop will be refunded the value of the goods.
6th Make the return transfer to the account designated by you or postal order to the address specified in the order.
7th Shop does not accept any packages sent back to us for downloading.

2nd The above rules is for retail customers. Terms wholesale conducted by our company are set individually with each customer.
3rd All questions concerning the sale and purchase contracts will be settled in accordance with applicable general law.
